The office was founded by professionally well-known lawyer Francisco Daniel Vázquez Guerrero. Mr. Vázquez was called to the Bar of Malaga and Granada in 1.961 (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga, Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Granada), Board of Directors Deputy, Andalucian Juridical Magazine Founders, and "Etica, Deontología y Abogados" Author.

Founder's daughter Clara Vázquez de Lajudie joined in 1.991. Mrs. Vázquez is Masters of Laws and law practitioner since 1.995, practice teacher at Law School in the University of Malaga, Tax practitioner and International Tax Graduate, and International Cooperation Group of the Malaga's Bar Secretary.

Full partner Rosario Alises Castillo joined in 1.998 when this office was established. Mrs. Alises is Master of Laws and Human Resources Master, law practitioner since 1.995.
